These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of outngonejunk.com and to services provided by Out N Gone Junk Removal, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Dzhoni Sonnik ("Out N Gone," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, requesting a quote, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Service Area

Based in Mather, California, we serve Sacramento, Roseville, Rocklin, Elk Grove, Folsom, Citrus Heights, Rancho Cordova, Lincoln, Auburn, Davis, and communities throughout California. Availability and travel fees for locations outside the Greater Sacramento area are confirmed when you request a quote.

Eligibility

Our SMS messaging program is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Out N Gone Junk Removal, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. You must be at least 18 to book services with us.

Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information in any forms you submit. Website content, including text, images, and logos, belongs to Out N Gone Junk Removal and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided by phone, text, or online are estimates based on the information and photos you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins and may change if the volume, weight, type of material, access, or labor required differs from what was described. Additional fees may apply for heavy materials (such as concrete, dirt, or roofing), items requiring special disposal, stairs or difficult access, or extra labor. We will not begin work at a changed price without your approval.

Scheduling

Appointment times are arrival windows and may be affected by traffic, weather, or prior jobs. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Your Responsibilities

• You confirm you own the items to be removed or have the authority to have them removed and disposed of.
• Please remove any valuables, personal documents, and items you want to keep before we arrive. We are not responsible for items removed at your direction.
• Provide safe, clear access to the items and work area, including parking for our truck and trailer.
• Tell us in advance about any hazards, fragile surfaces, or items that are unusually heavy.

Items We Cannot Accept

We cannot accept hazardous materials, including but not limited to: chemicals, solvents, paint (unless fully dried), fuel, oil, propane tanks, asbestos, medical or biological waste, ammunition or explosives, and any other material prohibited by law or by disposal facilities. Certain items (such as appliances, tires, mattresses, and electronics) may carry additional disposal fees. If prohibited materials are discovered, we may decline to remove them.

Disposal, Recycling, and Donation

Once items are loaded, they become our responsibility to dispose of properly. Where possible, we donate or recycle usable items and materials. We cannot guarantee that any specific item will be donated or recycled.

Property Care and Damage

We take care to protect your property. Please point out fragile areas before work begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, minor wear such as scuffs on driveways or lawns from normal equipment use, or damage caused by conditions not disclosed to us. Any damage claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of service completion.

Demolition, Concrete, and Landscape Work

For demolition, concrete, excavation, or landscape work, you are responsible for obtaining any required permits unless otherwise agreed in writing, and for identifying underground utilities, irrigation lines, and hidden hazards. For digging or concrete removal, underground utilities must be marked through 811 before work begins. Specific scope, pricing, and timelines for these projects will be confirmed in writing before work starts.

Dump Trailer Rentals

• The renter is responsible for the trailer from drop-off to pickup, including any damage beyond normal wear.
• Prohibited materials (listed above) may not be placed in the trailer. Additional fees apply if prohibited materials are found.
• Trailers may not be loaded above the sides or beyond the stated weight limit. Overweight fees may apply.
• The renter must provide a safe, level placement location and is responsible for obtaining any permits needed for street placement.
• We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or surfaces at the placement location.
• Rental periods, rates, weight limits, and additional day fees will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits may be required for larger projects, trailer rentals, or demolition and concrete work. We accept Zelle, Venmo, and cash.

SMS Messaging Terms

By checking the SMS consent box on one of our website forms, you agree to receive text messages from Dzhoni Sonnik dba Out N Gone Junk Removal at the phone number you provided.

• Transactional messages may include quote follow-ups, requests for photos of items, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival updates, service notifications, and follow-up messages related to your inquiry.
• Marketing messages, if you separately consent, may include special offers, promotions, seasonal reminders, and announcements.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
